You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

The Dartmouth North Hills Apartments is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. North Hills dog park is located within walking distance from our community and when you are finished there, feel free to wash your dog at our community dog wash station.

Our non-refunable pet fee is $300 for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home with a 60 pound weight limit per pet. The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet per month. We do however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Please stop by the leasing office when you are on your next stroll to pick up a special treat!

*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other pets that are restricted:

Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
